Refund policy

  • Order Cancellation:

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. If your order has been paid and if you need to cancel or change please contact or write to us with in ——– hrs. On receiving cancellation request, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount (less any transaction charges or banking charges incurred by us) if the order has been processed by us. Once shipping and packaging are done, orders no longer can be cancelled.

  • Refunds:

We will offer 100% refund on all the products that are damaged or defective. Refund will be in the same mode as the payment done for online transactions. For COD (cash on Delivery) mode the amount can be transferred to your bank account. It will take 5- 7 business days to reflect the amount in your bank account. In case of cancellation or return request we provide a return address/delivery agent will collect for a replacement or refund as preferred. If you are not satisfied with our order – please reach us at our mail teecomforts@gmail.com. Refund requests can be submitted within —— days from the delivery.

Items can be returnable if

  • They are in original condition
  • They are unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging

Refund cannot be processed in the following cases

  • If the product is damaged or product tag is missing
  • If the product does not reach you due to wrong shipping address provided by you

In case if you would need to send the package to the return address, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
